Plans & Pricing
Simple, transactional-email pricing that scales with what you send — not with how many contacts you store. Every plan includes authenticated sending, managed deliverability, and setup in minutes.

Every plan includes
- Send from any stack over SMTP — Ruby, Python, Node.js, Go, PHP, and more (a REST API is in development).
- SPF, DKIM & DMARC set up for you, with one-NS-record delegated DNS that we publish and auto-rotate.
- Reputation isolation on a dedicated sending subdomain.
- Automatic bounce & complaint suppression so you never re-mail a bad address.
- Delivery webhooks (delivered, bounced, opened, clicked) and sending analytics.
- Heroku, Addons.io & Build.io support.
Higher tiers add more volume, more sending domains, longer event history, and — on Growth and up — an optional dedicated IP ($30/mo).
On Heroku, Addons.io, or Build.io?
If you provision Mailer To Go as an add-on, your plan is billed through that marketplace and managed from its dashboard — those plans are separate from the direct plans above. See sending from Heroku. The features are the same; only the billing relationship differs.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as an email? Accepted messages you send. Messages rejected at submission or dropped by your suppression list don’t count toward your limit.
What happens if I go over my plan’s limit? You keep sending — additional email is billed at your tier’s per-1,000 rate (pay-as-you-go), so critical transactional mail never just stops.
Can I change plans anytime? Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever; changes are prorated.
Do you offer a free plan? Not at this time. Every plan is paid, which helps us keep deliverability high and abuse low for legitimate senders — the reputation your mail rides on is the product.
Do you offer a dedicated IP? Yes, as a $30/mo add-on on Growth and above, where volume is high enough to keep a dedicated IP warm.
How is this different from the Heroku/Addons.io plan? Same product and features; the marketplace plans are billed and managed through those platforms, while the plans on this page are direct, card-billed sign-ups.
